Dinner with Angelo Gaja: Hotel Georgia October 17, 2012

Vancouver’s elite chefs will come together for a unique night in Vancouver dining as Angelo Gaja visits the Rosewood Hotel Georgia on October 17th, 2012. Seven chefs will serve seven courses paired with 12 wines and a grappa – all from the Gaja family cellar, these older vintages are of pristine provenance.

Mr. Gaja will lead guests through each of the 12 wines while dining at each table in the room for one course – as there will only be 7 tables! Seven tables of 14 guests each.
